Even before you start operating as a One Lifestyle Personal Trainer you will have undergone a free intensive 2 day training course (CPD 24 points) to bring you up to speed in an area of health and fitness which we believe is the cornerstone of ongoing wellbeing.

Option 2.Personal Training Partner

Being a Personal Trainer doesn't have to mean working on your own without the support that being part of a larger organization gives you. If you're not really ready for the commitment that our licence opportunity requires, or it's just not the right time, then how about joining our team of Personal Trainer Partners? We have a growing pool of self employed trainers who simply want to make the most of our client generation skills. To do this we have a dedicated professional team who look after enquiries directly to be able to offer reliable, quality client leads.

Marketing yourself can be a costly exercise but we take all that stress out of the equation with over 3 years of successful client generation behind us, through maximising our unique presence on the web (both via the National Register of Personal Trainers (NRPT), theFitMap and of course our own bespoke website), we successfully handle enquiries from the general public and allocate to trainers based on location along with any specific health and training requirements.
